POTSDAM – The public is invited to the Ives Park Gazebo Saturday July 14 at 12:30 p.m. for a free acoustic music performance by GrassTransit.

GrassTransit is a musical ensemble performing traditional and progressive bluegrass.

The three-piece group relies on mandolin, bass and banjo to drive their syncopated rhythms and close harmonies, with material ranging from ballad to boogie.

GrassTransit members include Rick Williams, Lee Alger and Ken Alger.

The park is located behind the Clarkson Inn downtown along the Raquette River.
