CANTON – Grace Covenant Church will host the Change the World Conference: From Darkness to Light Sept. 19 and 26-28 featuring a golf tournament, movie and dinner.
On Friday, Sept. 19, the movie Nefarious: Merchant of Souls will be shown at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. A spaghetti dinner will be served. $8 for adults, $5 for ages 12 and under and $25 for a family of four. The meal includes spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert and a beverage. Register by Sept. 5 by contacting 393-1510 or CTWRegistration@gccnny.org.
The conference is planned for Friday, Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. Get to know ministry members and enjoy refreshments. There will be an advancing the kingdom message.
A golf tournament is planned for Saturday, Sept. 27 at Partridge Run Golf Course, 70 Sullivan Dr. with a shotgun at 9 a.m. Captain and crew format rules will apply. Register from 8 to 8:30 a.m. or pre-register at www.gccnny.org/pages/ctwgolfregistration. The cost is $50 per person and there will be team of four. The cost includes green fees, food, cart, prizes and tournament mementos. There will be prizes for closest to the pin, longest drive, hole-in-one as well as a 50/50 raffle. Info: Lori at 393-1854.
The conference on Saturday will open at 5 p.m. with praise and worship. There will be a guest speaker from TAL Ministries and refreshments served.
