Gouverneur vigil on Nov. 13 to call for action to reduce lung cancer mortality by 50 percent

GOUVERNEUR -- The Shine a Light on Lung Cancer Vigil will be held Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 30 Park St.
The vigil is planned as a call to action to reduce lung cancer mortality by 50 percent by 2020.
