GOUVERNEUR -- A golf tournament will be held to benefit the Gouverneur High School Wall of Fame Saturday, June 15 at the Gouverneur Country Club.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.
The tournament will be 18 holes in a four-person captain and crew format. Men, women and coed teams are welcome. Men will compete in one division, with women and coed teams in a separate division.
The entry fee will be $60 per person or $240 per team, which will cover green fees, cart rental, dinner, prizes and a donation to the wall of fame fund.
Two hole-in-one contests will be held, one for $15,000 cash and one for a $13,000 Harley Davidson motorcycle. A putting contest for $5,000 will also be held. Closest to the pin and longest drive contests will also be held.
