POTSDAM -- The Reh Center for Entrepreneurship at Clarkson University invites local high school groups and other prospective students to visit campus for its global entrepreneurship week at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
High school students that visit can participate in a design challenge and tour the campus. The visitors will get to work with Clarkson students on a hands-on activity that attempts to demonstrate what it's like to be an entrepreneur.
In the evening, the students can stay for an "Idea Jam" from 6 to 8 p.m. in the multipurpose rooms and student center. Clarkson School of Business dean Dayle Smith will lead the Reh Center's monthly session. This event is open to students, staff and faculty, and pizza will be served.
High schools can register with associate director of admissions and conference marketing Jessica Carista at 268-3873 or jcarista@clarkson.edu. The deadline is Nov. 12.
