The U.S. Girl Scouts are marking their 100th anniversary this year, and some nearby organizations are celebrating with events on March 12 and 13.
Celebrations are scheduled for:
• Gouverneur Village Park from 6:45-7:45 p.m. March 12
• Robert Moses Beach Pavilion in Massena from 6:45-7:45 p.m. March 12
• Tea Party at DeKalb Junction Sunrise Apartments in Nikentisaki from 6:45-7:45 p.m. March 12
• Potsdam Middle School from 6:20-6:40 p.m. March 13.
Most will also be candlelight ceremonies, and girls will be taking part in a variety of other activities.
