MASSENA -- The award winning Gibson Brothers will return to Kaneb Orchards for this year's Picking in the Orchard free community concert on Sunday, Aug. 26.
The Gibson's, from Ellenberg Depot, have been nominated in 2018 for IBMA “Entertainers of the Year” and “Vocal Group of the Year,” and their mandolinist Jesse Brock has been nominated for mandolin player of the year.
The concert will be held at the orchard ciderhouse at 182 Highland Road next to Highland Home.
The concert will also include other local talents, Wells & the Gathering and Beartracks/
Music will start at noon and continue all day.
There will be food vendors, craft vendors and tastings.
Attendees are advised to bring their own chairs, however, no coolers are allowed, according to event organizers.
Parking is free and the gates open at 10 a.m.
