CANTON – A workshop on making pesto from garlic mustard, an invasive herb threatening native tree and wildflower species will be held Saturday, May 20, from noon-2:30 p.m.
Participants will meet at The TAUNY Center, then head to SUNY Canton to pull the herb.
The harvesters will return the TAUNY Center kitchen and learn how to process it into pesto.
This event is free, but pre-registration is required.
