GOUVERNEUR -- Friends 4 Pound Paws will hold the second annual dinner and silent auction Nov. 15 at 4:30 p.m. at the VFW.

Dinner will be $8, take out will be $8.50.

The menu will include chili and beef stew, tossed salad, a roll, and homemade desserts.

The silent auction will include holiday items and décor.
