GOUVERNEUR -- The third annual autumn dinner and silent auction to benefit Friends 4 Pound Paws rescue will be Thursday, Oct. 17 from 4 to 7 p.m.
The dinner will be at the VFW Post 6338, 100 W. Main St. Baked ziti, tossed salad and dessert will be served. Eat-in meals will be $6, with take-out for $6.50.
A silent auction will follow dinner.
All proceeds will benefit the rescue’s work with abandoned animals.
