CANTON -- The Fresh Air Fund St. Lawrence County Committee will be welcoming a contingent of New York City children to the region Aug. 8 at 4:30 p.m. in Village Park.
The children will be spending one or two weeks with volunteer host families in Gouverneur, Madrid, Norwood, Heuvelton, Chase Mills, and Potsdam.
