MORRISTOWN – A Morristown marina developer wants to turn wine into gold.
Logan Clements says he is offering people a free bottle of wine on Sunday, May 25, but you probably have to be pretty well off to qualify for it.
RiverWatch Marina is giving away free bottles of Bella-Brooke wine between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to the first 24 boats arriving at their marina. Sort of.
You don't have to rent a dock to get a free bottle of wine, he said in a press release. You just show up in a “yacht” of 30 feet or longer, listen to a five minute sales pitch about renting a dock, and comply with the other rules listed at http://www.riverfrontland.net/rentdock.html
Clements says his long term goal is to build up to 80 waterfront living units with docks in front.
