HANNAWA FALLS -- The third Verner M. Ingram Thanksgiving turkey feast will be served Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, at 3 p.m. at Hounds Haven, Keener Road.
The meal is free.
Donations are accepted, but not expected.
Reservations are encouraged at 265-5326 or 523-0855.
MASSENA -- There will be a free community Thanksgiving dinner at the VFW 101 West Hatfield St., Nov. 24 from noon to 3 p.m.
People can call 769-3434 for a free ride on the day of the meal.
St. Vincent de Paul Society sponsors the event.
LISBON -- First Congregational Church will serve a free Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 24 at 12:30 p.m.
This event is open to anyone who would otherwise be alone on this day, and to those who might not be able to afford a Thanksgiving meal.
There is no charge, but event organizers ask attendees to call Helen at 393-4039 so they know when people are coming and can be prepared.
