Free Thanksgiving Day dinners offered in Potsdam, Massena, Morristown, Ogdensburg and Gouverneur

POTSDAM -- Trinity Church, Potsdam, will offer a traditional Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 22 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the parish hall.

Donations are accepted, but not expected. Dinner is open to the public.

MASSENA -- St. Vincent de Paul Society will host a free Thanksgiving dinner from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Takeouts are available. Anyone in need of a ride can call the Massena VFW on Thursday at 769-3434.

OGDENSBURG -- The Knights of Columbus and its Ladies Auxiliary will hold a free community Thanksgiving Day dinner.

Dinner will begin at noon and continue until all are served, and will be held at the Knights’ Club Rooms at 721 Hasbrouck St.

MORRISTOWN -- Morristown is having a community dinner on Thanksgiving Day at the Morristown Fire Hall, 200 Morris St.

There is no cost for anyone and transportation is available for those that would like a ride. There will be a social hour at noon and dinner will be served at 1 p.m.

GOUVERNEUR -- The First United Methodist Church, 34 Grove St., will hold a free community wide turkey dinner Thursday, Nov. 22 at noon.

Pick-up and delivery will be available at 287-2440, with orders required by Nov. 19.
