The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department is offering free rabies vaccinations for pets in Ogdensburg and Lisbon.
On Oct. 15, they will give vaccines at the Ogdensburg Fire Department, 718 Ford St., from 6 to 8 p.m.
The free clinic on Oct. 22 will be at the Lisbon Fire Department, County Rte. 10, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Vaccines are good for two years. Bring proof of current vaccination to get a three-year vaccine.
Dogs and cats must be at least 3 months old.
Pregnant dogs and cats can be vaccinated.
Animals must have a collar and leash.
Cats must be in an animal carrier or pillowcase.
All animals must be under control of an adult.
Ferrets must be vaccinated yearly.
