POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Nazarene Church and the St. Lawrence Valley Parish Nurse Ministry will sponsor a free health day Feb. 13.
It will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Nazarene Church, corner of 11 State Highway 72.
The event, held in honor of National Heart Health Month, will include blood pressure screenings, weight, height, BMI checks; healthy recipes and more.
Results can be given to you or sent to your doctor.
All booths will be manned by nursing students, LPN’s, RN’s and Parish nurses.
Healthy dark chocolate will be given to each participant.
Everything is free.
