OGDENSBURG -- A free family-oriented self-defense and fitness presentation will be offered Monday, Oct. 21 from 6 to 7 p.m. for parents and school age children at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
The program will cover self-defense, family communications, anti-bullying, and methods for recognizing and avoiding risky situations.
Certified Black Belt instructors of American Kang Duk Won karate will instruct.
Loose fitting clothing is advised.
