OGDENSBURG -- The Remington Arts Museum’s Kid’s Place, 323 Washington St., will host a free costume parade Sunday, Oct. 28 at 12:30 p.m.

Four different age groups will be featured.

Candy will be given out to participants and 20 prizes will be given away for the scariest, funniest, most original, and best costumes.
