OGDENSBURG – Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center will provide a free childbirth class for new mothers May 21, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., in the Medical Center’s Hess Auditorium.
The course will help expectant mothers prepare for labor and delivery, and show them how to prepare and care for a newborn.
The class will provide information about Claxton-Hepburn’s birthing center and information on what to expect during a stay.
Expectant mother’s support person is encouraged to attend.

The class will be facilitated by certified childbirth educator, Amber Farrand, RN.
