CANTON -- The class “Stovetop to Storefront: Develop Your Food Product” will be held Wednesday, April 11 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, 2043B State Highway 68.
This is an interactive workshop for budding food entrepreneurs. Attendees will gain the tools to create a high-quality shelf stable item.
The cost is $20, which includes lunch and materials.
