CANTON -- The TAUNY Center, 53 Main St., will host folk music with Dan Berggren Saturday, March 30, at 7 p.m. The concert will celebrate the release of Berggren’s new CD, “Tongues in Trees.” The suggested donation is $6 to $12. Proceeds will benefit TAUNY programs and services.
Berggren has entertained audiences throughout the state, from Kentucky to Texas, Vermont to Michigan, and overseas in Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, and central Africa. Berggren received the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching from SUNY Fredonia and an Alumni Citation from St. Lawrence University.
