CANTON -- A “flip & flop pineapple topper quilt class” will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., at The Celtic Knot, 17 Main St.
The class is $20 for students who bring their own fabric and $40 with one of the Celtic Knot’s pre-cut kits.
Students will need a working sewing machine, thread, quilt marking pen, pins and a walking foot (optional but highly recommended).
If bringing their own fabric, the following are needed: a half-yard of background, quarter-yard contrast, scrap cloth 3.5 by 3.5 inches, one-eighth yard for border, one-third yard for a second border, a quarter-yard for binding, backing piece measuring 32 by 32 inches and batting measuring 32 by 32 inches.

Class is limited to five students.
