OGDENSBURG – The first of three Hoswegatchie Duathlon Series race events this summer is Wednesday, June 12 starting from Hosmer’s Marina.
The 1.5 mile run, 8 mile bike, and another 1.5 mile run start at 6 p.m.
The cost is $5 per person per race, which includes one free drink at Hosmer’s after the race.
The other races this year are July 10 and Aug. 14.
Racers can sign up for all three races and receive a T-shirt. Teams are welcome.
All proceeds go to the OFA Marching Band.
People may download the release form or get more info from their Facebook page, facebook.com/HoswegatchieDuathlonSeries, call Connor at 261-8020, or pick one up at any of the many sponsors.
The completed form with payment can be mailed to CGSW Racing, 505 Wadhams St., Ogdensburg, NY 13669.
Anyone age 13 and up may race.
