POTSDAM -- First Presbyterian Church, 42 Elm St., will host a faith-based discussion group for women to "explore issues that confront us as women in the world today," the church said in an email.
They will meet on Thursday evenings for eight weeks from 7 to 8:15 p.m. starting Sept. 25.
The group will use lectio divina. The church's email says that means "holy scripture reading, from the Benedictine-Cistercian tradition, a three step process of reading, meditating on words of scripture and praying."
