POTSDAM – The American Red Cross is offering a first aid/CPR/AED class for laypersons Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 10 a.m. to noon and again on Wednesday, Jan. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m., at the American Red Cross Office, 73 Market St.
This course will teach individuals how to identify and respond to emergency situations by checking to see if it is safe to intervene. Learn the skills necessary in an emergency to help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until advanced medical help arrives.
