FINE -- A Fine woman was charged with two felonies Thursday stemming from a drug sale complaint first reported to state police Sept. 1.
Kimberly R. Thurman, 47, was charged with using a child to commit a controlled substance offense and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies, troopers said.
She was also cited for endangering the welfare of a child.
She was charged at 12:44 p.m. at 9 Church St.
Thuman's status was listed as held.
