NORWOOD -- The last Norwood Beach Duathlon of the summer is set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15.
The race includes a 1.5-mile run, an 8-mile bike ride and a 1.5-mile run.
Registration begins at 5:45 p.m. and the race begins at 6:30. Fee is $5.
All bikers must wear a helmet and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent’s or guardian’s signature.
The Duathlon will only be cancelled in the event of a thunderstorm or severe rain.
Proceeds will benefit the John Purvis Scholarship Fund.
