POTSDAM -- Fidelis Care, the “New York State Catholic Health Plan,” will be represented at the Potsdam Neighborhood Center; 2 Park Street, on Monday, July 2 from 1 - 4 p.m. to answer questions about health insurance options, and to help eligible residents apply to enroll in Fidelis programs.
Current Fidelis subscribers may also receive assistance completing their annual recertification.
To apply for enrollment in Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, or Medicaid Managed Care through Fidelis, bring proof of age, income, and address.
