POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s fibromyalgia support group will meet Tuesday, June 7, at 70 p.m., at 59 Main St. in Room 2016, Clarkson Hall.
Participants are asked to note the summer hour change in meeting time.
This month’s speaker will be Terry de la Vega, yoga instructor at Trillium Center for Yoga and health.
De la Vega will discuss the health benefits of yoga for the management of chronic pain and will lead the group through basic yoga exercises for everyone.
The support group is held under the direction of Dr. Leslie Russek, associate professor at Clarkson University and physical therapist specializing in chronic pain management at CPH.
