POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s fibromyalgia support group will meet Tuesday, Nov. 3, from noon until 1 p.m., at 59 Main Street in Room 225, at Clarkson Hall.
This month’s topic will be “Learn to Love Yourself – Managing the Shame that Comes with Chronic Pain.”
The support group is led by Dr. Leslie Russek, associate professor in Clarkson University’s Physical Therapy Department and physical therapist specializing in chronic pain management at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
