POTSDAM – Canton-Potsdam Hospital's Fibromyalgia Support Group will meet on Monday, Aug. 22 at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of Clarkson Hall, Center for Health Sciences, 59 Main St.

The Fibromyalgia Support Group will continue discussing topics in the book Fibromyalgia: A Handbook for Self Care and Treatment. This meeting will discuss chapter 21: "What can I do to stay emotionally healthy." You do not need to have the book to participate, but the support group has additional books available for people who are
