CANTON -- A family safety seminar will be offered at the Canton Free Library, 8 Park St., in conjunction with the Local Living Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26.
The presentation will outline how individuals can become more aware of approaches to personal safety. Those in attendance will also learn how and when to apply practical methods (for avoidance and escape) if risky situations arise.
The presentation will begin at 1 p.m. and last about 45 minutes. The presentation will be conducted by instructors of American Kang Duk Won Karate.
