POTSDAM - “99: China from the Outside In” opens Dec. 13 at Creative Spirits Gallery, 8 Raymond St., featuring images by local photographer Rebekah Wilkins-Pepiton.
Wilkins-Pepiton, Canton, is the current executive director at the St. Lawrence County Arts Council (SLC Arts) and spent two years living and working in China with the Peace Corps.
The exhibit will be open from 7 to 9 p.m. through Jan. 10, 2014.
