NORTH LAWRENCE -- Cindy and Scott Rivers, members of the board of directors of A Little Bit of Heaven, Inc. Equine Rehabilitation Center, donated a storage trailer for the center to use as a tack room and office.
The building was dedicated as part of the center’s open house and vendor event July 18 in memory of local horse trainer George Hagelund and in honor of Bill Fox and Nancy Ruiz.
“We are greatly honored and touched by the support” of the donors and volunteers at the center, said Leigha J. Burkhalter.
