CANTON -- The next meeting of the Environmental Management Council will be held Wednesday, May 17, at 6 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the public safety complex, 49 1/2 Court St.
The speaker at the May meeting will be Lee Willbanks, executive director of Save The River in Clayton.
Willbanks will talk about the current high-water condition on the St. Lawrence River.
