CHIPMAN CORNERS -- The impact of post-traumatic stress disorder will be explored at Lifetree Café, 25 County Route 33, on March 10 at 7 p.m. The program, titled "Wounded Warriors: When War Comes Home," explores post-traumatic stress disorder in the lives of military veterans and provide helpful resources and strategies for coping with PTSD. The program features the story of a veteran who saw his friend killed in combat. His return to civilian life was disrupted by lingering mental distress, violent tendencies and relationship problems.
