OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg Public Library has several programs slated for October.
An edible slime making workshop will be held Thursday, Oct. 12, at 5 p.m. Attendees to the free program will make edible slime candy, perfect for Halloween gross outs.
A free movie night is slated for Thursday, Oct. 19, at 5:30 p.m. The movie is rated PG-13 and free popcorn will be offered.
Family book club meets Thursday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m. Attendees are advised to read any book in the Goosebumps series by R. L. Stine and then come to the library to make spooky props and decorations. The club is open to readers ages 7-99.
A free Halloween party for children of all ages, with games and candy, will be held Saturday, Oct. 28, at 3 p.m.
The library’s free music and movement, for children from newborn to 5 years old, will continue every Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Story hour for children 3-5 years old will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.
