“Down From His Glory,” a love story of Christmas, will be performed by the Adirondack Singers and Players at three North Country churches.
Created by Mike Speck and orchestrated by Lari Goss, “Down From His Glory” explores why God took the journey from heaven to become one of us and why Deity put on the robe of humanity.
The audience will join in on “Joy to the World,” “Hark! The Hearld Angels Sing” and “O Come, All Ye Faithful.”
Performances will be 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 at Knapps Station Community Church, North Stockholm; 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 at Lifeway Community Church, North Bangor; and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11 at Brasher Falls United Methodist Church. The public is invited.
