OGDENSBURG -- During the “Festival of Trees” on Dec. 7 at Oddfellows, 1111 Linden St., there will be a raffle to celebrate the 10th Anniversary.
Carbino's Jewelry Store has donated a diamond necklace, over 1/2 carrot solitare in a white gold setting, valued at $1500.
For a chance to win the necklace you must purchase a gift-wrapped box for $10.
Boxes will only be sold during the Festival of the Tree's event.
All boxes will be opened at a specific time and one box will proclaim the winner of the diamond necklace.
Nine other boxes will contain a lottery ticket.
