POTSDAM -- A diabetes support group will be held Dec. 18 at 10:30 a.m. with guest speaker Krystle Burgoyne in room 254 of Canton-Potsdam Hospital, 53 Leroy St. Burgoyne, BS, clinical exercise specialist, will speak about the benefits of physical activity in lowering blood sugar levels and highlight ways to set achievable goals.
Those living with a diagnosis of diabetes, supporting someone with a diagnosis of diabetes, those with pre-diabetes or those newly diagnosed with the disease are welcome to attend.
CPH’s Diabetes Support Group meets monthly for the purpose of sharing knowledge, trading recipes, and providing support.
