POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s diabetes support group will meet at 50 Leroy St., Thursday, Dec. 4 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the second floor conference room A.
Dietician Elizabeth Isenberg will discuss the importance of carbohydrates to a healthy diet.
“Many doctors believe that diabetics should avoid all carbohydrates. In fact they are a part of a healthy eating pattern”, says Isenberg.
Parking is shared with the main hospital.
A light lunch will be served.
