OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Diabetes Education Program will offer free, group diabetes management classes starting Oct. 11, from 1-3 p.m.
The remaining classes are on Oct. 18, 25 and Nov. 1.
All classes will be held in the center’s conference room C. A physician referral is required.
To register, or for more information contact Karen Cole, RN, BSN, certified diabetes educator at 312-713-5181.
The classes will provide information on meal planning, medications, exercise, complications, and how to make lifestyle changes.
