DEKALB JUNCTION -- Amvets Post 11, 4348 US Highway 11, will host several nights of live music as well as other weekly events during September. Every Wednesday, the Ladies Auxiliary will host a lunch and dinner special from noon until 7 p.m.
Thursdays will feature a musical jam hosted by Dan Cole from 7 to 9 p.m. and all players and singers are welcome.
Weekly Freebie Fridays will offer free jukebox, pool, shuffleboard and snacks along with $1.50 beers.
The New Buckskins will perform live on Saturdays, Sept. 3 and Sept. 24 from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Pure Country will perform from 8 p.m. to midnight on Saturdays, Sept. 10 and Sept. 17.
