COLTON -- The Colton United Methodist Church, 11 Church St., will host an outdoor service and picnic in conjunction with the dedication of the recently restored Church Bell beginning at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18.
A picnic will follow the Sunday service and feature food, refreshments and activities including tug of war, bag races, wet sponge relays, water balloon toss, a duck pond and face painting.
