CANTON -- All woman 18 years or older who are interested in joining a local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter can learn more about the club at the Best Western, Canton on Saturday, April 25 from 1 to 3 p.m.
The workshop will be presented by volunteer genealogists Gretchen Maresco and Joan Sondergaard.
Attendees should bring all the information they have regarding their family. The first three generations are the best place to start. The types of information needed are birth and marriage records, and, if applicable, death records.
Those registering will receive a free lineage research ladder to help focus a search.
