COLTON -- The National Honor Society from Colton-Pierrepont Central School is hosting the annual Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe-athon at Higley Flow State Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4.

Participants are encouraged to hit the trails at Higley and raise money for Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley and their mission of helping patients and families who are affected by serious illness and grief.

The event will be held regardless of weather conditions.

Light refreshments will be provided.
