POTSDAM -- The 2013 Crane Candlelight Concert will be offered at 3 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8 in Hosmer Hall, SUNY Potsdam.
The concert will feature more than 300 carolers and musicians from Crane, who will share traditional Christmas and seasonal hymns, as well as holiday favorites.
In addition, WPBS has agreed to air portions of the concert on several dates during December. The schedule will include "Shimmering Light," Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 9 p.m.; "December Wonderland," Sunday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m.; "Yuletide Joy," Sunday, Dec. 22 at 3 p.m. and "Shimmering Light," Monday, Dec. 23 at 10 p.m.
"Shimmering Light" will also be available online Dec. 11 at www.wpbstv.org or watch.wpbstv.org/program/crane-candlelight-concert. Several past concerts are also available online.
While the concert is free, donations to support musical programming at Crane will be accepted.
The concert will also be broadcast at www.potsdam.edu/academics/Crane/streaming.
