POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will present a joint concert featuring the Crane Trombone Ensemble and the Crane Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Helen M. Hosmer Concert Hall.
Directed by Charles Guy, the Crane Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble will present works by Walter Hilgers, Kevin McKenzie, Joshua Cutchin, Marcel Frank, Stephen Oberheu and Dumitru Ionel.
The Crane Trombone Ensemble, which is directed by Mark Hartman, will perform arrangements of works by Richard Strauss, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Georges Bizet, Johann Sebastien Bach, J. Fred Coots and Jean-Francois Michel.
The event is free.
