MORRISTOWN -- The St. Lawrence County Council of Senior Citizens, in coordination with the St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging, will hold the countywide senior picnic on Friday, July 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Morristown fire hall.
Free bingo will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., as well as free door prizes and raffles throughout the day.
People will need to bring their own bingo chips.
There will be a chicken barbeque lunch served at noon.
There is a suggested donation of $3 for seniors 60 and older.
There is an $8 lunch fee for anyone under age 60. A senior citizen must accompany them.
The band Steelin Country will perform from 1 to 3 p.m.
There will also be antique cars on display, informational tables, and craft demonstrations.
