RENSSELAER FALLS -- St. Lawrence County Planners will discuss recommendations to the Rensselaer Falls proposed zoning regulations March 2.
The Village of Rensselaer Falls zoning regulations and map will be presented to trustees, March 2.
Staff from the County Planning Office will be present to discuss recommendations to the revised zoning text, and address public comments that were received about the proposed changes.
“The action the Village Trustees will take at this meeting represents one of the last steps to revise our community’s zoning regulations,” said Village Mayor Jeffrey Dollinger. “Rather than reviewing all non-residential uses through site plan review, the village will now have three zoning districts that identify uses that are permitted in each zone.”
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Village Office located at 212 Rensselaer Street.
